About Dr. Bruce Smoler

Dr. Bruce is a lifelong learner of practices and procedures in order to further his knowledge for you and all patients to utilize in the practice and everyday life. He is excited to share programs and extensive training in Florida with all of his employees that are willing to better themselves with structured training courses on subjects of management, case acceptance, marketing, financial planning and leadership.

DENTIST

  • Diagnosing oral diseases
  • Promoting oral health and disease prevention
  • Creating treatment plans to maintain or restore the oral health of their patients
  • Interpreting x-rays and diagnostic tests
  • Ensuring the safe administration of anesthetics
  • Monitoring growth and development of the teeth and jaws
  • Performing surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity

Oversight of the clinical team is critical to ensuring safe and effective oral care. Looking for Dentists that want to grow and achieve success within the team.

DENTAL ASSISTANTS

Assist the Dentist in providing more efficient dental treatment by preparing the patient for treatment, sterilizing instruments, passing instruments during the procedure, holding suction devices, exposing dental radiographs, taking impressions, and fabricating provisional crowns. The Dentist can focus more time on the procedure; the dental assistant then effectively becomes the Dentist’s extra hands.

HYGIENIST

A Licensed dental professional who is registered with a dental association or regulatory body within the U.S. A primary healthcare professional who works alongside Dr.Bruce Smoler and the Smoler Smiles team to provide full oral health care.

HYGIENE ASSISTANT

Hygiene assistants perform tasks that prepare patients for hygiene treatments to speed up the workflow for the hygienist and dentist.

SCHEDULER

This position will be responsible for all administrative duties within the front desk with a focus on scheduling, phones, greeting patients, insurance verifications, appointment confirmations, ensuring all flow of the day is clearly communicated.

Must have positive, professional attitude with a skill to multi-task with promptness.

STERILIZATION COORDINATOR

Responsible for Sterilization of equipment, collect, catalogue and clean surgical tools following the completion of a procedure. Inspect surgical tools for wear or damage and placing orders for replacements. Keep inventory on equipment. Prepare surgical tools for re-sterilization for future procedures.

Promptly follow all instructions per the patient's treatment as guided by the dentist and or hygienist.

Must be able to follow specific direction in a professional atmosphere with a stellar attitude.

EVENT COORDINATOR

Event planner experience preferred. Events coordinators must be good organizers, capable of multi-tasking, often under time and budget deadlines. Have an understanding of the many different aspects of seminar management, including marketing, catering, presentation technology and logistics. Must be good communicators, capable of dealing with the different needs of presenters, works as a facilitator with PR/Marketing.
